Our Story Year: 2021

ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd and ENGIE South East Asia form ComfortDelGro ENGIE Solar Pte Ltd, a second joint venture to support the electrification of ComfortDelGro’s fleet of vehicles with renewable power and offer fast charging solutions to drivers.

ComfortDelGro expands into construction logistics business in China, enabling the Group to gain a foothold in the fast growing logistics industry in the world’s largest economy.

ComfortDelGro Bus Pte Ltd is set to operate Singapore’s largest electrified private bus fleet after winning a S$30 million contract to operate the shuttle service at the National University of Singapore.

ComfortDelGro, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd, and ENGIE South East Asia’s newly formed Joint Venture, ComfortDelGro ENGIE Pte Ltd, wins the first URA and LTA tender to provide 479 electric vehicle chargers across public car parks in Singapore.

ComfortDelGro and UGL Rail Services, an Australian rail operations and maintenance company under the CIMIC Group, are awarded a S$1.13 billion contract to operate rail services in Auckland, marking the Group’s first foray into the New Zealand land transport market.
