Ms Angeline Joyce Lee joined the Group on 7 September 2020 as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary to oversee the Group’s legal and corporate secretariat matters, as well as compliance and corporate governance to facilitate business processes and organisational efficiency.

Ms Lee holds a Master in Business Law from the University of Westminster in United Kingdom and is a Chartered Secretary and Certified Risk-based Auditor.
